BIO

Gary Beutler or “Gary the Water Guy” is the founder and owner of ecommerce stores, Water eStore Canada, Water eStore USA, as well as Water Store Midland, all of which help families fix their water. The “Bricks and Mortar” Midland store opened in 2002 while the Canadian ecommerce store opened in 2015, followed by the USA version in 2019. As well as his “Gary the Water Guy” YouTube Channel which Gary started in 2012. Gary operates all of these stores with his team of water filtration specialists out of their Midland, Ontario location.

In addition, Gary researches the topics, writes, directs, films and stars in his “Gary the Water Guy” YouTube channel which has produced over 450 YouTube videos specializing in videos on how water filtrations works, how to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair every type of water filtration system for the home, cottage or cabin. The “Gary the Water Guy” YouTube channel is the biggest and fastest growing Water Filtration YouTube channel in North America with over 12 million video views and 50,000 Subscribers.

Gary studied Mechanical Engineering in College and is very handy as well as a long time member of the Water Quality Association. He’s a Certified Water Specialist and Certified Installer and is super passionate about water filtration. In just about every YouTube video Gary makes, he says “I simplify water filtration to help you conquer “crappy water” for your family”. With the ecommerce and bricks & mortar stores his Team has helped thousands of families just like yours, fix their water in their home, cottage or cabin. Gary is often featured in podcasts and other media whenever a water filtration expert is needed and has recently appeared on ABC Televisions Good Morning Amercia’s show GMA3.

Gary Lives in Tiny Township (which is actually huge) on the shores of Georgian Bay. A true Canadian and loves rural waterfront living as well as Kayaking, Swimming, listening to great music and photography. He’s also a car nut and still owns (and occasionally uses) the very first car in which he learned to drive. Gary has raced Formula Ford cars in the past and now very much enjoys watching Formula 1 races.

Previously, Gary was self employed in the Bakery business providing wholesale bakery products to grocery stores, restaurants, resorts and schools in addition to retail customers through his outlet storefront. Gary finds the technical side of manufacturing fascinating.

Currently, Gary and his team subscribe to the motto “Buy a Filter or be a Filter, the Choice is yours!”
