One of the primary missions of Moti-Vitality has always been to help the entire water treatment industry by focusing on certification, education and professionalism. This was a driving force behind building our state-of-the-art installer training facility. We recognize that many of the larger dealers in our industry have the resources to effectively train new service and install technicians, but there are hundreds of dealerships that do not have these resources or who have not been properly trained themselves. While not malicious, the mistakes they make in application, installation or drain connection can have a negative impact on all of us.
The demand for the installer training Moti-Vitality offers has been evident by the number of dealers that have sent their installers to us. But for each dealer that has the financial ability to provide this training to their new or existing installers, there are many who do not. Moti-Vitality has attempted to work with these dealerships on the associated costs, but there is a necessary expense in providing our comprehensive hands-on installer training.
